Essential Fatty Acids
Omega 6 and Omega 3 essential fatty acids are found in fish, nuts, seeds, oils, and vegetables. Fatty acids are a necessary part of our diet. Our bodies do not have the enzymes needed to produce essential fatty acids so they must be provided by our dietary intake. Essential fatty acids are necessary for normal functions of the body such as heart and circulatory health, normal triglyceride levels, nervous system health, and healthy skin. |
